Unauthorized use of the card will cause the rights and privileges of membership to be revoked and, in such event, the cardholder agrees to surrender the card upon demand.
- Membership fee is non-refundable and the card cannot be cancelled for refund.
- Bluenotes shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen cards and/or coupons.
