TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can track where your order is by visiting the Canada Post website.  Use your order number (Canada Post calls it a reference number) to track your order, a tracking number is not necessary. Click HERE to track your order.

In the event that the addressee is not available at the time of delivery, your order will be available for pick-up at your nearest Canada Post office.

SHIPPING OPTIONS ( Canadian Orders )

The cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order.  Please refer to the shipping grid below for shipping rates.

SHIPPING RATES

Gift Cards will be shipped separately free of charge.

Orders shipped to addresses in Northern Regions and Remote Centres may take slightly longer.

All shipments will be sent via Canada Post.  Signature is not required on Standard or Xpress shipments, however is required for all packages shipped Priority.

Orders are shipped on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.  We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.

Bluenotes.com is happy to announce that we are now shipping to the United States. See below for the shipping rates (rates are in Canadian dollars).

We cannot process returns/refunds and exchanges from the USA. All US sales are final.

Please Note: Priority shipments on orders confirmed before 12 noon EST will be processed same day.  Priority shipments on orders confirmed after 12 noon EST may not be processed until the following business day.

Free Shipping Promotions
Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Standard Ground Delivery in Canada only. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
