RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Thank you for shopping at www.blnts.com.  Should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item online or refund/exchange the item at a local Bluenotes location.

For your convenience, return your online purchase to a Bluenotes store:

  1. Return/Exchange must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip).
  2. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt (packing slip).
  3. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
  4. Shipping charges are not refundable except for purchases made in the Province of Quebec.
  5. Damaged items cannot be returned to the store, this return must be made to the website.
  6. Returns without original receipt (packing slip) cannot be processed.
  7. All intimates, including Swimwear,  and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 
  8. US ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE
  9. ONLINE RETURNS CANNOT BE MADE AT OUTLET STORES

Find the address of the store nearest you on your packing slip (shipped with your package)!

Return your online purchase to the website by courier:

  1. Enter your order number and postal code below.
  2. Select the item you wish to return, choose a reason for the return from the drop down list and click submit.
  3. We do not accept exchanges online, only refunds. Exchanges can only be made at store locations.
  4. Instructions will be emailed to you on how to return your item via Canada Post.
  5. Return requests must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip).
  6. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt (packing slip).
  7. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
  8. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for purchases made in the Province of Quebec. 
  9. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process.
  10. If the item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same item, if available.
  11. All intimates, including Swimwear,  and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
